This is legit my favorite Weeknd song and one of the first ones I ever heard from him going wayyyyyyy back before he blew up. I heard Balloons from Soulseek users recommending it since that's also how I learned about music really blowing up on the relative underground since the mid 00's. When I was watching that flick, Uncut Gems, and Weeknd was in it performing this same song in it, I was like "OH MY GODDDDDDDDDD" lol. Hopefully you both caught that flick even beyond the Weeknd scene since it's a genuinely great film by the Safdie Brothers which remains one of my top favorites of the last 5 years and beyond.
